Sirna Appraisal & Natural Resources is a real estate appraisal and forestry services provider serving the tri-state area of West Virginia, Virginia, and Maryland. We provide a wide variety of real estate appraisal and forestry services, utilizing over 35 years of forestry experience and 20 years of real estate appraisal experience.

Our specialties include, but are not limited to: commercial timberland properties, conservation easement and review, timber sales administration, forest management plans, subdivision and raw land appraisal, residential properties, as well as expert witness testimony.

Meet the Principals

David A. Sirna Sr.

David has been a real estate appraiser since 1992 and a forester since 1971. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia and a Registered Forester in those same states. He is a graduate of West Virginia University's College of Agriculture and Forestry and has a Masters of Science Degree in Management from Frostburg State College.

Jennifer Aaron

Jennifer is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser apprentice who has been in the appraisal and forestry business for over 10 years. She is also an ArcView mapper, utilizing her engineering education from the University of Virginia.
